Summary: This role involves leading a technical team to implement, manage, and support HCM software solutions, and its integrations with other tools & platforms. Key responsibilities include architecting technical solutions, leading development efforts for integrations, data loads (using tools like HDL) and reports, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring code quality and best practices. The role requires a deep understanding of end to end HR processes, HCM business processes and the technical capabilities of the specific HCM platforms like Workday, SAP Successfactors, etc. Role will also include driving AI-powered transformation in Talent and HR functions. Roles & Responsibilities: -Technical leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, architects, and analysts, conduct code reviews, and ensure the adoption of best practices and coding standards. -Solution design and architecture: Design and build technical solutions for complex HCM requirements, including integrations, data conversions, and extensions. -Development and configuration: Develop and configure HCM modules, such as Global HR, Benefits, Compensation, Learning and Talent Management, using platform-specific tools. -Define and execute the Data & AI roadmap for HR offerings. -Lead implementation of AI-driven solutions for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce analytics. -Ensure data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices. -Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals. Translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders. Professional & Technical skills: -Deep understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and enterprise HR workflows. -Deep understanding of HCM platforms and Security frameworks. -Expertise in AI/ML, predictive analytics, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). -Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and integration capabilities. -Proven ability to lead integration teams, define best practices, and ensure quality delivery. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: -The candidate should typically have 12+ years of hands-on experience with leading HCM platforms and integration along with experience AI-driven HR transformation. -Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
