Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any challenges that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration of Pega applications with other systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: -Mandatory PCSA and PCSSA Certification -Mandatory Pega QA testing 1-2years experience - The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
