Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of software solutions tailored for the retail sector. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in delivering high-quality software products that meet client needs. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the team remains focused and motivated throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of retail business processes and requirements. - Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
