Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall improvement of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives. - Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements. - Assist in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience with modern software development frameworks and methodologies. - Familiarity with agile practices and collaborative development environments. - Understanding of software design principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
