Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of Teamcenter and AWC software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve extended level of coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently on end to end development of Teamcenter, AWC implementation and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, Workflows, ACLs. - EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE, SBOM, Product Configurator. - Experience on implementing Easy plan for MBOM. - Active Workspace configuration and deployment. - Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC). - AWC Styling & UX Customization. - Modify or create below - Configured UI (CUI) JSON files. - Commands, Panels, Declarative UI (XRT/XML). - Stylesheets (Theme customization). - Custom features. - Custom Tiles. - Custom Panels (Summary, Preview). - Custom Renderers (tables, lists, in-cell edits). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 + years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore office. - Should have 15 years full time education is required.
