Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices. - Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and best practices. - Understanding of version control systems such as Git. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
