Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience in building scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud technologies like AWS. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and be comfortable working in Agile environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. - Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components. - Work with cloud services (AWS) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling. - Implement database solutions using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs - Frontend: Angular (latest versions), HTML, CSS, TypeScript - Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) - Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL - Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker - Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD - Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), exposure to DevOps practices and tools, strong problem-solving and communication skills - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
