Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices, you will focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions that align with the objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with agile development practices and tools. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
