Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, along with good hands-on expertise in working with cloud frameworks (Azure/AWS), preferably Azure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines. - Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm charts. - Write and manage YAML configurations for deployment and automation. - Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure/AWS, with a preference for Azure. - Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform, to provision and manage resources. - Maintain and monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability. - Support database management tasks, including working knowledge of PostgreSQL. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - GitHub - CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) - Kubernetes and Helm charts - YAML scripting - Cloud frameworks: Azure/AWS (Preference Azure) - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) - Scripting technologies: Bash, Python (nice to have) - Databases: PostgreSQL - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
