Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Java, Selenium, API Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clear and concise documentation for applications and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
