Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Java, MySQL, API Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
