Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members to achieve project goals effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic decisions that impact multiple teams, ensuring that the applications align with organizational objectives and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases. - Knowledge of security best practices for database management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
