Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members to achieve project goals effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Enterprise Asset Management. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with configuration and customization of Oracle EBS modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Oracle EBS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Enterprise Asset Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
