Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to refine project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages such as Python or Java. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to design and implement APIs for seamless integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
