Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software that aligns with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques to connect various systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
