Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in coding, testing, and debugging applications, ensuring they align with the defined requirements and business objectives. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that may arise, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration tools and techniques within Workday. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - DevOps for Workday studio integrations with multiple downstream systems - Lead a team of 5 integration developers (2 Workday and 3 Azure based integration)
