Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. The candidate should have minimum 3- 5 ( SSE- 3 years, TL- 5 years) years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration tools and APIs. - Experience in customizing Salesforce applications Development to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objective Additional Information: - - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
