Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to manage processes and resources effectively, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that all delivery targets related to cost, quality, and controls are met. You will engage with individuals across different organizations, facilitating smooth transitions from development to implementation, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage enhancements and configuration updates within Veeva Vault - Regulatory, Qulity and PromoMats applications - Oversee Veeva Vault release cycles, including impact assessment, testing, and deployment coordination - Provide operational support and ensure timely resolution of issues across Regulatory Vault modules - Collaborate with business and IT teams to align technical solutions with regulatory compliance needs - Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards Professional and Technical skills: - Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite (Submissions, - Submissions Archive, Registrations, etc.), Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs and PromoMats - Strong understanding of regulatory workflows and document lifecycle management - Strong understanding of Vault APIs, integration and SDK - Proven experience in managing VV releases and supporting production environments - Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
