Summary: Skillset o MUST Have o 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud - developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM apps o MS Dynamics 365 platform - Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow assemblies. o Design the form structure; build a form; use specialized form components; use access teams and sub-grids; work with navigation; understand form types; use multiple forms; implement form customizations and mobile clients. o Hands on experience with NET and JavaScript o Deep hands on experience with Power platform o Create relationship types; understand cascading rules; work with hierarchical data; understand and configure entity mapping; create connections and connections roles. o Understand when to use business rules; understand business rule scopes; understand how business rules are triggered; configure business rules, conditions, and actions. o Design application, technical, domain, or solution architecture, including design and implementation of solutions. o Nice to Have o Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations o Integrations to other systems using web service Responsibilities: o Design, develop, customize test, document, deploy, and support high quality business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. o Create relationship types; understand cascading rules; work with hierarchical data; understand and configure entity mapping; create connections and connection roles. o Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps, stages, and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement role-driven business process flows. o Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels. o Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions. o Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance. o Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects. o Implement development best practices for efficiency gains - re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design. o Create documentation/procedures and follow Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
