Summary: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 3-6 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should have strong coding skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with hands-on exposure to deployment on cloud environments. Key Responsibilities o Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices. o Build and test RESTful APIs, ensuring reliability and scalability. o Write and maintain unit and integration test cases. o Contribute to QA by performing unit testing, integration testing, and supporting QA activities o Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for persistence and data modeling. o Package and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. o Deploy services on Azure or AWS cloud environments. o Focus on high availability (HA), scalability, and performance optimization. o Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Professional & Technical Experience o Java 8+ o Spring Boot o Microservices architecture o RESTful API development o PostgreSQL/MSSql o MongoDB o Docker, Kubernetes o Cloud platforms: Azure / AWS o Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito or similar) o Agile methodology Good-to-Have Skills o Monitoring and observability skills for distributed environment o Exposure to messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ). o Experience with caching solutions (Redis). o Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. o Spring Workflows
