Summary: We are seeking a talented and frontend-leaning Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend practices, while being proficient in backend technologies like Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating seamless, performant, and accessible user interfaces, and has experience translating UX designs into interactive applications. Roles & Responsibilities o Design, develop, and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js (v18) and Next.js (v13/14). o Build responsive and accessible UI components using functional components, styled-components, and CSS. o Integrate RESTful APIs and handle data transformations in alignment with UX/UI requirements. o Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver rich user experiences. o Participate in full software development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. o Leverage Spring Boot and Core Java 8+ for backend services and API development when needed. o Work with PostgreSQL, write complex SQL queries, and optimize for performance. o Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud services. o Contribute to a cross-functional Agile/Scrum team; actively participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. o Write and maintain unit and integration tests using React Testing Library, Jest, JUnit, and Mockito. Professional & Technical Experience o Frontend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18) and Next.js (v13/14) Experience with functional components, styled-components, and CSS-in-JS Skilled in API integration and transforming data per UX design Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards o Backend Knowledge: Proficiency in Java 8+, Core Java, and Spring Boot Experience building and maintaining RESTful services o Database: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries o Cloud: Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., deployment, CI/CD, monitoring) o Testing: Experience with React Testing Library, Jest for frontend testing Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito for backend testing o Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills Must Have Technologies o React.js (v18) o Next.js o Styled Components / CSS-in-JS / CSS /Bootstrap o Java 8+, Core Java o Spring Boot o PostgreSQL/MSSql/Any DB o Azure / AWS o React Testing Library, Jest o JUnit, Mockito Nice to Have: o Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices o Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
