Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications you create align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Build responsive, intuitive UI layouts with optimized performance. Develop workflows and business processes using Power Automate. Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Teams, Outlook, and other data sources. Implement custom connectors, APIs, and data integration logic as required. Package and deploy apps across environments using Power Platform solutions. Manage app lifecycle, versioning, and environment migrations. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy fixes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with user interface design and user experience best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
