Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software you develop aligns with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Ability to define / propose process changes; and to client /stakeholder interactions - Involved in FSD preparations, carried out FUT, SIT & UAT during the phases related to business solutioning & getting confirmations from business on timely basis. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) and related Modules. - Must have experience majority in SAP Implementation and related Modules having experience in US / Europe clients. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with agile development practices and frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various systems and applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
