Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA) and A360 platforms. Build reusable components and ensure scalability of automation workflows. Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms in automation solutions. Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 2. Generative AI Integration: Apply Basic Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to enhance automation workflows, such as natural language processing (NLP), text generation, and intelligent decision-making. Explore opportunities to integrate GenAI models into RPA solutions for improved efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on emerging GenAI tools and frameworks to identify innovative use cases. 3. Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements. Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for optimization using RPA and GenAI. Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies aligned with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
