Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in discussions to influence key decisions and provide expert advice to your colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. - Mentor junior professionals and support their development within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
