Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Conduct testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and performance. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA) and A360 platforms. Build reusable components and ensure scalability of automation workflows. Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms in automation solutions. Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 2. Generative AI Integration: Apply Basic Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to enhance automation workflows, such as natural language processing (NLP), text generation, and intelligent decision-making. Explore opportunities to integrate GenAI models into RPA solutions for improved efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on emerging GenAI tools and frameworks to identify innovative use cases. 3. Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements. Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for optimization using RPA and GenAI. Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies aligned with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement automated workflows. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
