Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Ability to define / propose process changes; and to client /stakeholder interactions - Involved in FSD preparations, carried out FUT, SIT & UAT during the phases related to business solutioning & getting confirmations from business on timely basis. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Experience in implementing General Ledger (GL), Material Ledger(ML), Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost and Profit Accounting, Cost center Accounting. - Must have experience majority in SAP Implementation and related Modules having experience in US / Europe clients. (for Private / SAP Public Cloud) - Ability to define / propose process changes; and to client /stakeholder interactions - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
