Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME (Majorly Functional experience in MDG, also having good understanding on Technical in MDG) - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Ability to define / propose process changes; and to client /stakeholder interactions - Involved in FSD preparations, carried out FUT, SIT & UAT during the phases related to business solutioning & getting confirmations from business on timely basis. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Experience in SAP implementation - Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders - Identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the project Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool as functional consultant - Strong understanding of data governance principles - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG Tool (Functional + Technical) - Knowledge of data modeling and data quality management - Hands-on experience in data migration and data cleansing Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
