Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: o Configure and implement Electrical solutions, including requirement gathering and working with electrical teams to understand their ways of working. o L2/L3 Support for electrical network modeling, load flow analysis, and ensure compliance with railway electrical standards. o Collaborate with design teams for integrations with CATIA Electrical Harness, ENOVIA, and DELMIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. o Understand user requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for enhancements and configurations. o Perform system validation, test new enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and assist during application upgrades and patches. o Manage and maintain ECAD configurations including symbols & component libraries, project templates, terminal strips, connection tables, and cable/wire definition and numbering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA. o Strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards within the railway domain. o Experience working with ETAP tools and analyzing electrical networks. o Familiarity with electrical harness workflows on 3DEXPERIENCE (ENOVIA/CATIA). o Hands-on experience with ECAD fundamentals including symbols, component libraries, templates, terminal strips, and wire/cable management. o Good understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control circuits, and related engineering documentation. o Release management experience on ERP systems is an added advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA/Enovia. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
