Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. - Responsible for leading four Blue Prism development teams across India, the Philippines, and Mauritius (25 members total). The role focuses on delivering 150 automation bots over two years, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: -Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple automation workstreams. -Oversee automation backlog and ensure smooth execution across teams. -Drive Agile delivery practices, including backlog management and sprint planning. -Ensure quality, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder communication. -Foster collaboration across distributed teams and locations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
