Summary: Understanding and compliance of best practices, independently debug issues and proactively find solutions. Work closely with the Leads, providing direct support and taking ownership of drafting high-level solution designs based on the architect's guidance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes and automation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with API testing and security testing techniques. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner. - Knowledge on REST API integration and handling, GIT, Unix environments (bash, MySQL, Nginx, Docker...), CI/CD processes - Nice to have: Familiarity with Rundeck, GenWizard (ATR / WFM / Others), Prompt engineering experience - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
