Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with business objectives and user expectations. Your role will also include testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques for data visualization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
