Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs. - Ability to design and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
