Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement scalable and efficient applications that meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in automating deployment processes and managing release cycles. - Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
