Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and participating in discussions that drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of application development lifecycle. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
