Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and developing high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that applications are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React or Vue.js. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
