Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating application designs, and ensuring that the developed solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in coding, testing, and debugging applications, while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, ensuring that the applications you work on are efficient, scalable, and maintainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
