Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing existing systems, and creating innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also documenting processes and providing support during implementation phases. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management, Workday Recruiting, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process mapping and analysis. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Talent Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
