Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, including Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
