Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Mandate - xECM Experience and SAP Integration Experience Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Candidate - must have as xECM experience - Mandate - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
