Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, while also managing your team's performance and decisions effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. Core Skills: - Strong experience in Python for automation, scripting, and API development. - Hands-on experience with machine learning or GenAI (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs). - Ability to train, fine-tune, and integrate AI models into production systems. Additional Skills: - Experience with data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, or Spark). - Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks for service orchestration. - Experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (SAP BTP, GCP, AWS). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Soft Skills: - Analytical problem-solving mindset with a passion for applied AI. - Continuous learner with curiosity for new frameworks and GenAI advancements. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with database management and integration techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
