Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system configuration and performance tuning. - Experience with database management and backup strategies. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
