Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the software. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and derive actionable insights. - Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with application testing and debugging techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
