Project Role: Customer Journey Analytics Configurator (Application Developer) Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must-Have Skills: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Minimum Experience Required: 7 years Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Summary: As an Application Developer for Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with CJA, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful, data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: o Strategize and implement Customer Journey Analytics solutions in collaboration with client business and marketing teams, architects, and developers. o Design and build cross-channel reports in Customer Journey Analytics to derive meaningful and actionable insights from large datasets. o Ensure that data governance policies and best practices are implemented and enforced across all systems. o Build and maintain data views and connections in CJA; work closely with AEP data engineers to ingest additional data sources. o Provide and promote best-in-class documentation and enablement. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). o Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or AEP. o Proficiency in SQL, Python, or an equivalent coding language for data processing and analysis. o Experience with Agile development methodologies. o Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing and deployment. Additional Information: o The candidate should have a total of 6-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in CJA. o Bachelor's degree or equivalent. o The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. o This position is based at the Bangalore offices only.
