Summary: Summary: As an database admin, you will design, build, and configure databases to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement database solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with team members for designs and executions. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Oracle Database Administrator and Architecture, Backup and Recovery, Database Creation & Installation (both Windows & Linux), Database Management, Database Storage Structures Management, Instance Management, Database Monitoring, Performance Management, Performance tuning, Database Migration from Source to Target, Database Import and Export, Database patching, merging and upgrading. Experience in Oracle 12C+, Excellent debugging skills required. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
