Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities while ensuring that the software components integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the solutions you create are efficient and effective. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Ability to write clear and concise documentation for software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
