Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and creating value across various projects of different scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the development process aligns with a cloud-first and mobile-first approach, ultimately driving innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration. - Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and understanding of Agile methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and mobile application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
