Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: Designing and developing Analog layouts for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP blocks including SerDes, RX, TX, PLL,LDO,ADC, DAC and custom logic paths. o Collaborating with a team of experienced layout engineers to deliver optimized, reliable, and manufacturable designs. o Utilizing advanced CAD tools (Custom Designer, Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, ICV, STAR-RXCT) for layout creation, verification, and debugging. o Executing deep submicron layout techniques, including floor-planning, ESD/latchup mitigation, and process technology adaptation. o Implementing and verifying layout flows such as LEF generation, top-level verification, DRC/LVS/LPE, and power routing with EM/IR considerations. o Providing technical leadership through knowledge sharing, status updates, and networking with senior internal/external stakeholders. o Applying scripting skills for layout automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts. As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance, ensuring that the software solutions are robust and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout. - Strong understanding of circuit design principles and methodologies. - Experience with layout tools and design software relevant to analog circuits. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve layout-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with design verification and validation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Analog Layout. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
