Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Have 4 to 6 years of experience working in an IT environment - Have 4 years of strong experience in MS dynamics 365 implementation & support and extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power apps. - Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules. - Have strong experience in Web API development and plugins. - Have strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft to connect internal & third-party systems. - Have string experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio, and MS SQL server. - Have experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 - Dynamics CRM certification is desired Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
