Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with user experience design and user interface development. - Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven apps). - Power Automate flow design and automation. - Dataverse and SharePoint data modeling and management. - Integration using connectors, REST APIs, and custom APIs. - Power Fx scripting for logic and validation. - Security implementation (role-based access, data governance). - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including solution packaging and environment strategy. - Documentation and troubleshooting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - Basic Power BI integration for dashboards and reporting. - Familiarity with Azure services and cloud concepts. - Experience with JavaScript and JSON for extensibility. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
